Lyanthe – service provider in digital and automated invoice processing – now serves more than 80,000 end customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. In the coming years, it also wants to attract accountancy firms and service providers in other European countries. It expects to be able to benefit from European directives and the demand from governments and industry for the automation of invoice processing.

Lyanthe takes care of the digital invoice processing for the industry and has developed its own software that converts invoice data – from both paper and digital formats (PDF, JPEG, TIFF) – into an electronic file: the electronic invoice (e-invoice). The software automatically recognizes invoice data and data is checked and supplemented manually where necessary, so that the recognition and processing of the invoices is 100% accurate. Lyanthe’s software is linked to accounting software from Exact, Sage, Venice and Kluwer, among others.

Capital for Dutch companies with growth potential

ABN AMRO Participaties makes capital and financial expertise available to medium-sized Dutch companies with growth potential. Friso Janmaat from ABN AMRO Participaties: “Lyanthe is a good example of a successful Dutch company with a strong autonomous growth perspective. We look forward to being able to contribute to the realization of the growth plans in the coming years.”

Combined strength

Lei Heijthuijzen, co-founder and CEO of Lyanthe: “ABN AMRO Participaties is a very active, involved investor and has ample experience to work together with entrepreneurs. Together we have the strength to realize our growth ambitions. The available growth financing makes it possible, for example, to develop new technologies that enable accounting without human intervention.”
