Your role as a Customer Support Officer

You love helping people. You are organized, empathetic and you always put the interest of your clients first. As a Customer Support Officer you ensure that our clients can always count on us. You are proactive and ensure that you know what is going on with the customers you serve. If there are problems they know how to reach you and give them the confidence that you will solve it for them. You also collect all the information that product development needs to continuously improve our services.

What we find important in the role of a Customer Support Officer

Lyanthe is looking for enthusiastic colleagues who use their knowledge and experience to realize ambitions. Creativity, entrepreneurship and team focus are essential if you want to work at a scale-up like Lyanthe. In addition, in your role you have;

  • at least a college degree.
  • 1 to 2 years work experience
  • experience in a service-oriented role
  • experience in managing and operating software systems and / or websites.
  • working knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
  • a background in bookkeeping and/or accountancy is a plus ;
